A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last goods.

Notwithstanding the above, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CVB Nature Foods UG (limited liability), Stegmühlenweg 9, 88131 Lindau, Germany, Tel.: +4916098298068, Email: service@havofcopenhagen.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Returns can only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
