Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery of goods is usually within 7–10 business days worldwide. During peak seasons and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases. These are beyond our control and must be borne by you. Examples include bank transfer fees (e.g., transfer charges, currency exchange fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). Shipping is handled by our shipping partners DHL, Deutsche Post, and DPD.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, are calculated accordingly, and are displayed transparently during checkout.
Returns
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to cancel and return it. You can find all the details regarding your right of withdrawal in the cancellation policy. Please do not return goods to us freight collect, as the parcel service usually charges significantly higher fees for this, which we will then pass on to you. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, unsealed, or damaged goods. To ensure prompt processing, please return all items complete.
Please also ensure that any attached labels or tags are not removed and that the items are not soiled or missing their original packaging. This will save you considerable time and reduce the risk of having to pay compensation for lost value. The easiest way for you to return your order is to contact our customer service at service@havofcopenhagen.de to discuss the procedure. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
